- Check-in and out times: Check-in is at 15:00h. Check-out is at 11:00h.
- Payments: A 30% deposit of the total price is required when making your booking. The balance should be paid 7 days prior to arrival by bank transfer.
- Bookings: We accept bookings for minimum of 4 nights in high season (July & August) and 3 nights in low season.
- Fares: The prices are based in two people per night and studio.
- Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made by email. In the event clients cancel their booking more than 30 days before the original date of arrival, the amount paid is fully refundable. If clients cancel from 30 to 15 days before the original date of arrival, 50% of the full rental cost is due. The amount paid will not be refunded in the following events: – If clients cancel less than 15 days before the original date of arrival. – If clients do not arrive at the first day of the stay (no show). – If clients vacate the property before the end of the rental period. – If the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment (see “payments” section). To avoid cancellation fees, we strongly recommend you to purchase travel insurance.
- Key card and bracelet: In order to access the resort we will provide you with an access card during your stay. This key card opens the side gate as well as the gate to the community parking. We will also provide you with an electronic bracelet which you can use to open the beach access gate.
- Cleaning: The apartment will be handed in clean. Included in the price are accommodation, linen, towels, beach towels and final cleaning. For bookings of more than seven nights there is a weekly mini-clean with towel and linen change.
