- Check-in and out times: Check-in is at 15:00h. Check-out is at 11:00h.
- Payments: A 30% deposit of the total price is required when making your booking. The balance should be paid 7 days prior to arrival by bank transfer.
- Bookings: We accept bookings for minimum of 4 nights in high season (July & August) and 3 nights in low season.
- Fares: The prices are based in two people per studio. The properties should be left clean. Guests are asked to take care of the apartment and its equipment.
- Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made by email.
In the event clients cancel their bookings more than 30 days before the original date of arrival, the amount paid is fully refundable. If clients cancel from 30 to 15 days before the original date of arrival: 50% of the full rental cost is due. Please notice that the full rental cost should have been paid by then (see “payments” section)
We are entitled to the full amount of the rental (deposit payment + balance payment of the rental) in the following events:
– If clients cancel less than 15 days before the original date of arrival
– If clients do not arrive at the first day of the stay (no show)
– If clients vacate the property before the end of the rental period.
– If the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment (see “payments” section)
To avoid cancellation fees, we strongly recommend you to purchase travel insurance.
- Key card: In order to access the resort we will provide you with an access card during your stay. This key card opens the side gate as well as the gate to the community parking.
- Cleaning: The apartment will be handed in clean. Included in the price are accommodation, linen and towels and final cleaning. For bookings of more than seven nights there is a weekly mini-clean with towel and linen change.
